What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you add it) and your message.

When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with us.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare for and hold your call, and discuss work you’ve asked us about. We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

Services we use

Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Cal.com runs the booking calendar and may set its own cookies when it loads. Vercel hosts this website. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. This site itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to respond and for normal business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send us a message through the contact form on this site and we’ll respond within 30 days.
